Buffalo Lime Chicken

Buffalo Lime Chicken
1 lb boneless chicken breasts or tenders
1 cup Frank's hot sauce or wing sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
Whisk together hot sauce, lime juice, garlic, oil and salt. Pour over chicken and marinate a few hours to overnight.  Remove chicken from marinade and sauté or grill until done.
