Peanut Butter Brownies

Peanut Butter Brownies
1  1/2 cups oats
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup butter softened (warm in mic for 20 sec)
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup flour

Mix all ingredients (will be thick). Spread evenly onto a greased 17×11 cookie sheet with your hands. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Cool.
Frosting:

1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
hot water
2 heaping Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp oil

Mix sugar, vanilla, peanut butter and oil. Add hot water until spreadable consistency. Pour over brownies. Let sit until frosting firms up before cutting. Keep cool in refrigerator.
