CASSEROLE

1/2 c. cooked chicken, in lg. pieces

c. hot cooked rice

c. finely chopped onions

c. finely chopped peppers
1/3
c. sliced pimientos
1
tsp. garlic salt
1/4
tsp. pepper

can mushroom soup
1/2
c. mayonnaise
1
tsp. chopped parsley
1
c. grated cheddar cheese
Combine
chicken, rice, onions, green peppers, pimientos, garlic salt, pepper, soup,
mayonnaise and parsley. Toss lightly. Turn into a greased shallow 2 quart
casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until
thoroughly heated. Garnish with pitted ripe olives, if wished. Makes 6
servings.
