Caramel Apple Salad

Caramel Apple Salad
1 tub of Cool Whip
1 package butterscotch instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple
2 cups mini-marshmallows
4-6 apples, peeled and cored.
Dice your apples in to 1/2 inch squares.  Combine Cool Whip, butterscotch pudding mix and pineapple in a large mixing bowl.  Fold in apples, and marshmallows.  Let chill at least 3 hours.
