Squash Appetizer

Squash Appetizer
3 cups thinly sliced yellow squash
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup very thinly sliced onion
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients, stirring well. Pour into 9-by-13-inch pan and bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes, or until browned. Cut into squares to serve.
