Green Chili Beef
3 to 4 pounds stew meat or steak cut into chunks
2 (6-ounce) cans of Ortega Diced Chilies
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Fajita seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
Place all ingredients into crock pot; cover with lid and cook all day. Serve on warm tortillas or rice. Top with sour cream, guacamole, and fresh chopped green onion.
