Chili Pie

Chili Pie
1 lb. ground beef
1 (12-oz.) can chili beans, drained
1 (15-oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Corn chips
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef in a medium skillet; drain. Stir in beans, tomatoes, onion and seasonings. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Serve over corn chips and topped with shredded cheese.
